Now here's a Asian card from my friend, Jan Castle. This card is simply so cool. The stamp is from Kodomo. Although the stamp company is no longer selling their stamps in the USA, Hanko Designs does have some of their images on their on line store foundhere. I absolutely love the wayJan colored all the images on this card.

First, the basket is from the Silhouette on line store found here, love the embellished flower in the front with the striped grosgrain ribbon. The size is 2-1/2" x 3" x 1-1/4". I love the doilies that are peeking out from the sides.
See how cool the paper is?
Yes, and the heart tag with a pick/white twine (of course). I also LOVE the cherry Blossom treat bag which held some chocolates.
Secondly, the tall treat bag from Karen L is also using great shiny paper - gads, soooo cute!!!! Note the heart handle as well as the small cut out heart at the bottom right corner. Add some pink tissue and whalah.....a great treat indeed. Inside were candy hearts and healthy rice bars. Size is 3-3/8" x 6" x 1-1/2". Again, add some pink tissue and a great treat indeed!
See the shiny heart paper? ooooh sooo cute!!!!
I hope you all received some fun treat during Valentine..........I enjoyed mine. THANK YOUFrances C. and Karen L. for your fun treats.
OMG - some more wonderful and fun Valentine things to psot and share............this is a 3-D Heart made by Frances C. It is way cool. The cut files are from the Silhouette on line store foundhere LOVE this........I always think fo these items as being small but she made this large enough for imapct and also to fit into an envelope...................LOVE this!!!! Frances customized it with theDandelion Year of the Snake Stamp which is blended into the colors of the heart but also stands out with stickles outlining it. In the back is the message: "a thankful heart is a happy heart" (also from t he Silhouette on line store found here).....YES, we do love our Silhouette to cut all these fun cut files. Size is 5" x 5-1/4" when opened.

The message in back:
I got this nice surprise in the mail - it was a great surprise. THANK YOU, Frances for your thoughtfulness and sharing your craft!!!!
HAPPY VALENTINE DAY TO ONE AND ALL!!!! A quick card using the newly released Dandelion CL-15 Kokeshi Set. There are loads of fun things to make using these stamps. See Dandelion's blog for many examples here. And, of course, there is a free template in the stamp set for a cute treat holder. For this card, I choose to sue one of the cut files from the Silhouette on line store and used my Silhouette Cameo to cut the extra fine hearts. I was amazed how cool it was to cut such a fine image. Decorative paper is Washi. Finish off the crad with some decorative gold organdy ribbon and a bow with long tails!
OMG - Ihave to share this treat I got from Karen L. this weekend..............it is the CUTESTand most creative treat ever!!!! If you have been following theBrenda Quintana on her blog (Qbee's Quest found here) showing various Hershey Kiss treat holders from the recent Easter basket, heart, holiday tree......... to name a few......................you will like this Year of Snake Hershey treat Karen was inspired to make following the same concept. Snake is 6-3/4" long and fits in a Michael's treat bag (the skinny kind)
Here is a closer look at the googlie eyes and felt tongue:
A better look when the snake is out of the plastic sleeve:
Tape "kisses holders" together with painter's tape, so they can wind the snake strip around them. More-talented people might find that unnecessary.
I've labeled the slits with letters. In the diagram, the letter on top should fit down onto the letter on the bottom. For instance, at the intersection of D and B, you should be able to push slit D down onto slit B.
The snake can slither into treat bags that are meant for those dipped rod pretzels. I got a pack of 75 at Michael's
Don't you just LOVE this project so perfect for Chinese New Year???? And, thank you Brenda for providing such inspiration to us all. Thank you Karen for your cute treat!!!
