RAKs - and Tin MIni Album

LOOK at this fabulous stash of RAK (Random act of Kindness). This wonderful surprise is from my blog friend Whitney (please check out her blog site http://www.whitney69.blogspot.com/ where she has more fun projects). She sent an assortment of surprises. A cool swing card using the Shades of Spring DSP - I haven't made one of these yet so now I have a sample to follow. See those flip flops? - they are note cards. She also enclosed an acrylic mini album (my favorite 3D) using black & white DSP. In the cello bag are cut Alphabet Letters using the vinyl from Decor Elements. Some cut pieces of the new chalk paper, too. My absolute favorite is in the center: a scrapbook tin album. Whitney is FAMOUS for being the Queen of the Scrapbook TIN . If you live in the Daytona Beach, Florida area you must take one of her classes or order a kit from her. These scrapbook tins are breath-taking. More photos below:

Here a clear view of those flip flops: Each flip flop is 5" x 2-1/4" with (what else?) red rhinestone brads. She has a funny note inside................

Here is 4" x 4" acrylic album . Love that Black and white DSP even though it retired from the last mini. I have some, too. You guessed it - I am going to add some red, well maybe Pixie Pink since that color is being retired soon. This mini is held with a ring and decorative black and white ribbons.

Here are the Natural Serif Alphabets (spelling my name!) cut from the Decor Elements vinyl- hmmm, where shall I stick these? I turned over the black chalkboard (otherwise they wouldn't even show up in the photo) pieces she sent..........will use these for labelling my clear containers in my craft room.

Now here's the card: It's got ribbon embellishment, a cool way to cut the front using the mover and shapers die.

Top view of card:

Card fully open, inside even has a watercolor flower.............way cool card.........lots of detail.

Are you ready for the Scrapbook tin? It's the typical 7-1/2" x 5-1/4" x 3/4". hinged tin. Here's the front: love those mini chocolate chip brads and the clip.

The textured back:

OPEN THE TIN and this is what is inside: Each of those flaps are 4-3/4" x 3-1/2". Love all the colors used. There are 6 double sided decorated panels on each side which allows enough space for 25 photos or less photos + journaling.................keep going......more CUTE cool pages:

See the underside of the first panels flipped up? Lots of the stickers used from the Scrappin kits along with Whitney's personal favorite embellishments made from punches and dies.

You will see a variety of pages - each one is different - none are the same!!!! There is so much detail to this scrapbook tin............

The very back of the scrapbook tin has a embossed texture:

So what do you think - THIS IS A GREAT ASSORTMENT OF "RAK" - RIGHT? Well, I think so......I stare at the scrapbook mini each day in awe of the detail and the amount of work it took. Whitney has made countless scrapbook tins so this may not be difficult for her but I am just in awe of her talent!!!!! THANK YOU, Whitney for your generosity....................HUGS!!!!
